At the Real Ideas Conference, you and your team will be encouraged, challenged and equipped to move to the next level of effectiveness in all areas of ministry. You will discover real ideas that actually work that you can use immediately for high-impact in your church and community.

Steps you can take to get the most out of Real Ideas 2009:

You are going to be buzzing with new ideas during the conference. New ideas and practices are implemented much easier and quicker in your church if you bring a large team. Attending with a team will allow you to process your thoughts collectively and build on each other's perspectives. As church leaders with many weekend responsibilities, it's rare that you can immerse yourself entirely in worship.
