WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

 

Pastors, Staff, Leaders and Volunteers

  • Bring as many people as possible and return with a shared passion and vision for your church!
  • Come experience a day and a half packed full! There are 4 general sessions with 2 gifted communicators and 6 breakout times with more than 60 workshops. You will receive practical applications and answers to your questions in the workshops.

United Methodist pastors may earn continuing education credits. Please consult your District Superintendent for verification.
Please take advantage of the Early Bird rates and register by October 31st.
Registration rate also includes: Continental breakfast and snacks for Friday and Saturday, conference materials and resources.

 

HOW DO I REGISTER?

You can register one of 3 ways:

      1. Online: Register with your credit card. For online credit card    payments, the full amount will be charged to your account plus a transaction fee of $2.00.

 

      2. By Mail: Mail the registration form(s) with your check or credit card    information to:

      3. By Phone: Call Karen Peel, at 813.968.3983 ext. 145 and register with your credit card information or you may send a check for the full amount. Your check must be received within 10 days of making the registration. If you cancel your registration before you have sent the check or we have received it, you are obligated to pay the cancellation fees that are due ($25.00/person)

before January 30th or full registration fee on or after January 30th.


Please Note:
Groups must register together to receive the group rate.  If any additional people would like to attend, they will need to register using the current rate associated with a new registrationIf you want to insure you get a group rate but don’t have all of the names in your group, you may make a registration without a name.  Simply put Empty Registration in for the First and Last Name.

WHAT IS THE COST?

AFTER OCTOBER 31ST AND AT THE DOOR:


1 - 9 persons: $95.00 each

Groups of 10 or more: $80.00 each

 

Cancellation Policy: A full refund less $25.00/person will be given for cancellations made before January 30th. There will be no refunds for no-shows or cancellations made on or after January 30th. Registrations may be transferred from person to person within your group or organization at no charge. Payment is refundable in the event of conference cancellation. Van Dyke Church assumes no responsibility for any travel, lodging or other expenses in the event of conference cancellation.
