Newcomer Ministry

· Newcomer Admin Team

· Basic clerical work: filing, copying, Bible repair, data entry and

collating.

· Newcomer Photographer

· Take digital pictures of newcomers in the New Life Room after

worship services.

· Newcomer Greeter

· Greet and take names of newcomers in the New Life Room after

worship services.

· New Life Room Preparation

· Prepare room, mugs and material for the weekend.

Guest Services Team

· Guides

· Escort guests and members to locations they wish to go.

· Greeters

· Greet worshipers as they arrive on campus.

· First Aid Team

· Administer first aid and/or emergency medical treatment.

· Information Center

· Provide information to members, visitors and friends.

· Parking Team

· Welcome/assist in parking lots.

· Security Team

· Insure safety to everyone who comes to Van Dyke.

· Usher Team

· Distribute bulletins, collect offering, count attendance and tidy

up sanctuary after services.
Refreshment Table - (Nine Eagles campus only)

Set up refreshments and prepare coffee for the Refreshment table
for guests at Nine Eagles campus.

Sanctuary Pew Stuffers

· Refill pews with pens and envelopes. Clean up pew pockets.

2nd Sunday Pastor's Lunch Team

· Prepare food, help set up and clean up.
