The Power to Change Lives!
Operation Christmas Child brings joy and hope to children in desperate situations around the world through gift-filled shoeboxes and the Good News of God's love.
A simple message provides an opportunity for people of all ages to be involved in a simple, hands-on missions project while focusing on the true meaning of Christmas - Jesus Christ, God's greatest gift.
Our campaign begins October 26th. Sample boxes and brochures are available at the Acts 1:8 Missions & Outreach tables in the narthex. Julie and Jon Brigner, Ministry Liaisons, will be glad to answer your questions and share how God is using this ministry in big big ways! Should you miss Julie & Jon at the tables, please call 813-579-5611 and leave a message and they will return your call.
First collection weekend will be November 15/16, with a final collection on Sunday, November 23.
Van Dyke is a community drop off site and will be receiving boxes during the following times:
