Puppets For Christ--or PFC as we like to call ourselves--is a teen ministry that seeks to spread God's word through the entertainment of puppets and creative arts.
PFC is an award winning puppet troupe that has received gold and silver medals in regional competitions, as well as recognition for "Outstanding Orignality", "Exceptional Use of Props and Scenery", and the 2001, 2003, and 2008 "People's Choice Award." We were the winners of the 2002 and 2003 National Championship of the Fellowship of Christian Puppeteers. We are a ministry that delights in bringing the joy of God's message to all ages.
Puppets for Christ has performed extensively in the Tampa Bay Area. We have presented Christmas and Easter programs for the children of Shriners Hospital, Metropolitan Ministries, and the Tampa Haitian Mission. PFC was honored to perform for the 2007 Tampa Bay Luis Palau Festival. Our ministry has taken us to teen youth groups in all four corners of Tampa Bay and our little puppets have touched the hearts of senior citizens and the kids of children's homes.
Our summer tours have given us the opportunities to spread God's word to other parts of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, Illinois, and Washington D.C. In addition, we have assisted in the creation of new puppet teams in churches within the U.S and have sent puppets to Uganda, Cub, and Haiti for the start of puppet ministries in those countries as well.
